The fair_exampel program requires the top plate for the feeder to remove screws.
other than that, here is how to use the example program

There is also a vido of this process: https://youtu.be/hoTuJ1wSoVI

  1. Enable Exhibiton mode by pressing on the Spin Robotics logo on the installation page for 10 sec and a pop up shows up
  2. Follow the instruction and reboot the robot.
  3. Next set up a Screw feeder, if you are using the screws we supply they are m4x16mm.
  4. Then set up a Bit changing station.
  5. Open the program
  6. select the corret feeder, station and station position for your setup
  7. Open the Insert screw folder and select the screw program for your setup, if using the demmo plate and screws it shuld be a m4x16 1.2Nm program
  8. Move the robot to the screw position and teach the position.
  9. Leave the robot in the same postion and open the Extract screw folder and select the extraction program and teach the same position.
  10. Select the Unload screw node and select the feeder and teach the unload postion

You should now have a working program, test to see if everything works.

If you have problems with the extraction postion it can be more stable if the postion is move slightly closer to the robot(around 1mm) so the flex in the robot does not push the tool over the hole.

If when you open the program the unload screw node is missing, you need to go back and make shure exhibiton mode is enabled as in step 1 and 2.
