- Decide what you want to do
- Think of the exhibition and how complex a demonstration you want. A more complex demonstration is ofcause more impressive, but may also be more prone to problems. So think about if you will be alone and thus have less time to mange a setup or if you will have technical help on site to support a more complex setup
- Create your setup and test it thoroughly at least a week before your setup will need to be sent away, so you have time to solve unforseen problems, updates or changes.
