Many solutions – but none like Spin Robotics

Tomorrow's Requirements, Today's Solutions with Spin Robotics

The All-in-one Collaborative screwdriving solution

Invented to improve work environments – Do more with less!

Benefits:

Truly collaborative – We connect humans and cobots

Automatic bit changer - High flexibility and fast transitions between tasks – Do more with less!

Slim Design – Reach narrow spaces

Spinbridge Software – Monitor the data of each screw insertion

Decription:

Truly Collaborative with a 360-degree safety function, ensuring seamless integration between robot and screwdriving applications without compromising Universal Robots' safety software. We bring together humans and cobots in assembly processes, aiming to relieve employees from repetitive tasks and provide meaningful, creative, and fulfilling work.

Automatic bit changer provides high flexibility and performance, streamlining the bit-changing process for greater efficiency. With the ability to change up to three bits faster than individual manual exchange, the automatic bit changer improves your team's workload and increases productivity, allowing you to insert up to six screws in under a minute. Do more with less!

Slim Design allows our solutions to reach narrow spaces with a torque range of 0.4 – 0.7 Nm.

With the Industry 4.0 Spinbridge Software, we have integrated advanced data tracking of past and present insertion data. The data tracking ensures that the quality is monitored, where the torque data can be analyzed on each insertion process. This allows the detection of the errors in the production, which reduces scrap and results in a production process that is more environmentally friendly.
