### Story
A warning icon is showed if URCap and Bridge versions are incompatible.
A warning icon is showed on connection indicator when bridge or tool software is incompatible.
### Bug fixes
when spin_target was set to a function an error was genereated at program start because it had not been defined
spin_target and program start pose was set in wrong order causing error when running program.
